Webinar Series 2021 #1: Removing Workflow Bottlenecks

Published by Paul Cammisa at May 17, 2021

In our March 30th webinar, Managing Partner and CEO, Paul Cammisa, and Consultant, John Chance, took to Zoom to discuss the benefits of the GovSense workflow wizard. They touched on some common bottlenecks, workflow uses, the appropriateness of workflows in certain scenarios, and touched on the basics of our workflow wizard and its appearance.

The workflow wizard takes what would typically be a manual task and automates it to not only monitor allocation and completion, but ensure compliance is upheld. Workflows can be assigned to entire departments or individual users if confidentiality is necessary.

The most important aspect of the tool is its ability to streamline processes by learning and adapting to the work patterns of users to increase user efficiency with reduced steps along with keeping users well-informed with automated updates as the process progresses.

Watch the full recording to learn more about identifying bottlenecks, defining your workflows, and the steps you can take to automate with an inside look at the workflow wizard utilizing real use cases.
