SMS Terms & Conditions
GovSense Case Notifications Program — Effective July 6, 2026
1. Program description
GovSense (“GovSense,” “we,” “us”) offers an optional text messaging program, GovSense Case Notifications, for customers and employees who have a GovSense user account and have opted in to receive SMS notifications. Messages under this program include confirmation that a submitted case or request has been received, notifications when a case status changes, and reminders of upcoming deadlines or required actions related to your cases. This program is not used for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.
2. How to opt in
You can opt in by signing in to your GovSense account, navigating to Notification preferences, entering your mobile phone number, and checking the box consenting to receive SMS notifications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using GovSense products or services. Your consent applies only to the GovSense Case Notifications program and is not transferable to any other messaging program.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on activity related to your cases and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
4. How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you receive messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a reply message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. You may also opt out at any time by unchecking the SMS consent box under Notification preferences in your GovSense account. To rejoin, opt in again through your Notification preferences or reply START.
5. Help and support
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at support@govsense.com.
6. Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. The program is available on major U.S. carriers and most smaller regional carriers.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, be the account holder of the mobile phone number provided or have the account holder’s permission, and hold an active GovSense user account to participate in this program.
