2018 Year in Review

2019 is here, and we couldn’t be more excited for what it holds. 2018 has been a year of exponential growth for GovSense and has paved the way for a bright future.govsense | local government software

Our success is a product of our incredible, customer-focused team, which doubled in size this year. Without them and their dedication to our customers, the growth we’ve experienced would be impossible. Just this year, we have doubled the number of GovSense customers. We’ve increased our presence in the southeast with clients in Georgia and Florida, and GovSense has extended our footprints to Missouri, Illinois and Colorado.

Our sales pipeline has grown exponentially in 2018 and promises great success. We have established substantial partnerships with industry leaders like Oracle and Esri to further GovSense’s presence. The GovSense team has also extended their reach by attending several regional and local conferences in 2018.

In 2018, we also focused on refining our modules and internal processes. GovSense’s Utility Billing, Work Order Management and Fleet Management modules have been polished to better fit your jurisdiction’s needs. Internally, we completed a total website redesign and overhaul to keep up with the traction we’ve gained.

We’ve heard from our customers time and time again this year that the Time-to-Value of implementing GovSense is unparalleled. They see a return on investment in weeks to months rather than months to years. This is due largely in part to GovSense’s entire implementation process taking no longer than a few months.

2018 brought us much success, and we’re anxious to see what 2019 has in store!
